The committee focuses on four primary pillars of action to support Rotary’s mission. 1) Member Education: Trains and informs club members on how foundation funds are used—such as alleviating poverty, supporting education, and fighting disease—which encourages active participation. 2) Fundraising: Develops plans to encourage financial contributions from members and the community. This includes promoting special giving levels (like Paul Harris Fellows) and tracking recognition. 3) Grants Management: Oversees the club's participation in District and Global Grants. They ensure that at least one member attends annual grant management training and that projects meet all qualification requirements. 4) Project Execution: Works alongside the club's Service Projects and Public Relations committees to ensure community-identified needs are met and properly highlighted.
