Gardner Rotary Club Sets Sights on Building Public Awareness
The Gardner Rotary Club has set an exciting and purposeful goal for the year: to bring greater awareness to Rotary and strengthen its public image within the community. As an organization rooted in service and leadership, we recognize the importance of making Rotary more visible and accessible to those who may not yet be familiar with our mission and impact. By increasing awareness, we hope to grow our membership, enhance our community partnerships, and better serve the needs of Gardner and beyond.
To kick off this year’s efforts, the club proudly participated in the Johnson County Parade and Fair. Club members walked in the parade, proudly representing Rotary with banners and smiles, sharing the spirit of service with the community. Throughout the week, members also volunteered at our Rotary booth, taking shifts to talk with fairgoers about what Rotary is, what we do, and how others can get involved. This event marked a meaningful first step in our awareness campaign, and we look forward to building on this momentum with more community outreach, events, and service projects in the months ahead.
